Fellow Archers,

The next monthly meeting of Mid-Del Archers is scheduled to start at 7:00 PM on August 20, 2006. The meeting place will be the Fox Hunters Clubhouse. The clubhouse will open @ 6:30. There has been some discussion about the creation of a money league for the next year. Come out to the meeting and voice your opinion and lend your support.

The July 3-D shoot hosted a total of 32 archers who shot in 9 different classes. The Delaware Bay Tournament, shot on July 3^{rd and 4th , saw 17 shooters in 6 classes compete for their top spots in each class. Winners in each class were presented with either a plaque or check. Winnings were dependent on the number of persons shooting in the class. The largest class was Hunter with 8 people.}

The club purchased an ECHO power blower to clear range paths and target lanes. The power blower will allow Mid-Del Archers to clean-up the 3-D range and target paths. It will also facilitate the making of new target lanes.

New bow hangers have been installed on the DOT Range at both ends of each target.

A new and improved Task List will be posted on the Target Range Bulletin Board in the near future. Take a look at the tasks needing attention and if you have a few hours to donate to your club, take the action to complete the task. When completed initial the task so those who follow will know the task has been completed.

Finally, response to the membership renewal has been very good. Thanks to those who responded as requested. For the remainder, make my job a little easier by submitting your membership renewals as soon as possible, remember as of June 30 your current membership expired.
